The role is a hands-on retail management position supporting the Store Manager, working alongside the team, stocking shelves, directing colleagues, handling administrative tasks, developing staff, and taking the lead when the Store Manager is absent. The position offers 32–38 hours per week, a gross monthly salary of €2,619–€2,751 based on 38 hours, vacation days, premium pay, an employee discount, pension fund membership, and progression to Store Manager.
