The Assistant Store Supervisor supports XL Parts and The Parts House by expediting shipments, shipping and receiving merchandise, assembling and filling customer orders, conducting inventory and cycle counts, scheduling contract drivers, handling customer service and complaints, managing store opening and closing, processing cash, stocking and pulling parts, answering phones, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires a high school degree or GED, 1 to 2 years of retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and successful background and drug screening.
