Odido is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Almelo to support the sales team, coach advisors, collaborate with the Store Manager, ensure a welcoming customer experience, and distribute daily tasks. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,542 to €2,983, a variable bonus of €450 to €750, travel expense reimbursement, vacation and holiday benefits, a free mobile subscription, and access to training. Applicants should have higher professional education, strong communication and collaboration skills, and an interest in leadership, coaching, and delegation; prior retail or hospitality management experience is preferred. Working hours are 32–38 hours per week and are agreed based on the store's opening hours.
