Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager at the Bataviastad Fashion Outlet by motivating and guiding retail staff, maintaining positive team dynamics, improving customer experience, keeping the store polished, and supporting logistics and goods handling. The role requires MBO-level education, retail or clothing industry experience, fluent Dutch and English, and strong social and motivating skills. It is a 40-hour-per-week contract for 7 months with a gross monthly salary of up to €3,100, depending on experience, and includes a staff discount, pension participation, and team initiatives.
