Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Arkel to support the store manager, create schedules, assign tasks, check shelves, restock products, assist customers, resolve problems, motivate the team, and discuss daily results. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, a 15% employee discount, and advancement opportunities toward store manager. No minimum education is required, but a driver’s license, own transportation, leadership experience, customer focus, responsibility, and fluent Dutch are requested; retail experience is an advantage.
