Kruidvat is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Tilburg to support the store team, maintain a calm and welcoming shop floor, organize ordering and shelving, coach colleagues, and take over store leadership when the Store Manager is away. The role requires at least MBO level 4 working and thinking ability, manager experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to obtain the recognized Professional Diploma in Pharmacy at the employer’s expense.
