Description
Kruidvat is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager on the shop floor, help build a positive team culture, motivate colleagues, safeguard store processes and goals, and lead teams of 5 to 15 people per shift. The role requires flexible availability of at least 28 hours per week, leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to obtain the Vakdiploma Drogist. Compensation is €2,647 to €3,383 gross per month, with travel reimbursement, staff discounts, a six- to eight-week onboarding program, vacation days, and a pension plan.
