Description
Action is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Heerlen to support daily store operations, keep the store stocked and tidy, assist customers, and lead and motivate the team. The role offers a contract, an 8-week onboarding program, travel reimbursement, and progression opportunities to Store Manager. No minimum education is required, but leadership experience is requested, retail experience is advantageous, and Dutch fluency is required. The position is available full-time, part-time daytime, or temporary full-time, with working hours of 32–38 per week and a salary of €2,600–€3,200 per month.
