Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Dinxperlo to support the Store Manager, oversee the shop floor, distribute tasks, maintain store presentation and stock, process deliveries and new products, assist customers, and contribute to store performance. The role offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, a contract with Action, staff discount, onboarding and training, and progression toward Store Manager. Applicants need retail or hospitality leadership experience, proactive overview, and fluent Dutch; no minimum education level is required.
