Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Eindhoven to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, team coordination, scheduling, inspections, deliveries, product presentation, customer assistance, and performance review. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, a gross monthly salary of €2,400–€3,200, and opportunities to advance to Store Manager. Applicants need a driver’s license, transportation, store-process and team-supervision knowledge, fluent Dutch, and the ability to work within a 40 km radius of Eindhoven; management or retail experience is an advantage.
