Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Zaandam to support the Store Manager and ensure the store runs smoothly. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, assigning tasks, maintaining the store, restocking shelves, guiding colleagues, assisting customers, monitoring the sales floor, processing new products, and discussing results with the Store Manager. The role offers an eight-week onboarding program, a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, employee discounts, training, and opportunities to progress to Store Manager. No minimum education is required, but leadership experience is needed, retail experience is advantageous, and candidates must have a driver’s license, own transportation, be able to work within a 40 km radius of Zaandam, and speak fluent Dutch.
