Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in a full-time retail role in Nieuwegein, coaching sales staff, advising customers on telecom solutions, maintaining shop-floor operations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position requires at least MBO4-level work and thinking, retail, telecom, or hospitality experience, full-time availability including weekends and late-night hours, and living in or near Nieuwegein. Compensation is €2,650–€3,500 gross per month, including a team-performance bonus of €450–€750, along with a company laptop, mobile phone, and leadership development opportunities.
