Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Gilze to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, task coordination, team guidance, customer assistance, product placement, and performance improvement. The role includes an eight-week onboarding program, offers a gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200, and provides opportunities to progress to Store Manager. No minimum education is required, but a driver’s license, own transportation, leadership experience, Dutch fluency, and the ability to work within a 40 km radius of Gilze are requested.
