Action is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Utrecht to support the Store Manager and lead the store’s daily operations, including team coaching, inventory management, checkout transactions, deliveries, customer service, complaint handling, and commercial targets. The role requires leadership experience or willingness to learn, flexibility for 32–40 hours including weekends and late-night shopping, and travel up to 40 km.
