Lovell Drugs Brock, part of the Neighbourly Pharmacy network, is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager in Kingston, Ontario. The role supports pharmacy and front-store operations, team supervision and development, inventory and merchandising, performance monitoring, compliance, customer service, insurance coordination, and store leadership in the absence of designated managers. Candidates should have retail, pharmacy, or customer-facing leadership experience, strong people-management and organizational skills, familiarity with retail systems and Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s licence, and a required criminal record check. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and includes paid vacation, health and dental benefits, and professional development support.
