OTR Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a Reddy Express retail/convenience store. The role includes customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and implementing health and safety procedures. Applicants should have retail or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication and customer service skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork. Australian working rights and a current police clearance certificate are required.
