The role supports Store Managers with daily store operations, staff coaching, customer service, cash handling, security, compliance, scheduling, and visual merchandising. Candidates need at least two years of retail team leadership experience, five to six years of retail operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge of merchandise management systems, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluent German and English. The position offers a permanent employment contract, a Deutschland Ticket, vacation days, pension contributions, and a gross annual salary of €44,000–€47,000.
