Bold Lives Men’s Thrift is hiring a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Rogers to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, team scheduling and development, visual merchandising, sales execution, reporting, events, and customer experiences. The role requires 20–28 hours per week, including evening availability and at least three Saturdays per month, and pays $19–$24 per hour. Candidates should have retail experience, leadership and team-management experience, point-of-sale and cash-handling proficiency, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
