The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and executing store operations. The role includes team development, merchandising, customer engagement, POS transactions, management coverage, and maintaining store standards. Candidates should have at least two years of comparable assistant or co-manager experience in an apparel retail business, a record of exceeding sales expectations, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
