Bailey Nelson is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its Carousel store. The role supports the Store Manager and Optometrist, takes ownership of the store two days per week, manages the appointment book, coaches the team, and drives customer experience and performance. Candidates need retail or optics experience at a supervisor or management level, leadership ability, and availability for a Sunday-to-Thursday roster. Compensation is OTE up to $85,000, with incentives, product allowances, training, and internal progression opportunities.
