Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in overseeing sales, operations, asset protection, human resources, customer service, associate training, inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and store compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to travel throughout the district, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. At least three years of prior retail or sales management experience is preferred.
