Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing retail sales, customer service, staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and general store operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and preferably at least three years of retail or sales management experience. The position is based at Burlington Mall and pays $19.00–$23.75 per hour.
