naturéO is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager / Deputy Store Manager on a permanent contract for the Essonne area. The role is a hands-on operational position responsible for people management, sales forecasts, orders, inventory, product availability, promotions, customer service, store cleanliness, and coordinating a team of two to three people. Candidates need BAC+2-level training in sales, commerce, management, or administration and at least three years of food-retail experience. The position works Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule, offers a proposed gross monthly salary of €2,820, a potential annual bonus of one month’s salary, a possible €150 on-call allowance, a 25% employee discount, and supervisory employee status with 39 hours per week.
