Citi Trends is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with daily retail operations, employee supervision, inventory controls, sales monitoring, cash reconciliation, and compliance. The role may lead the store when the Store Manager is unavailable and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, 2–4 years of retail experience as an Assistant Manager, 3–5 years of retail experience, flexible scheduling, and mathematical calculation ability.
