THOMAS SABO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Salzburg Europark to support the Store Manager, lead by example, contribute to store KPIs and sales goals, deliver excellent customer experiences for jewelry and fashion products, assist with staff scheduling and goal management, oversee inventory and stock accuracy, and organize inventories. The role requires initial personnel leadership experience, sales passion, MS Office and English skills, strong communication, empathy, flexibility, reliability, organizational ability, and experience with reports and KPIs. It is available immediately for either 30 hours per week or full-time at 38.5 hours per week.
