The role requires at least two years of team management or supervision experience, a high school diploma, retail and fashion knowledge, POS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary is $52,000-$58,000, with paid time off, a monthly bonus, career advancement, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
