Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the store manager in creating a positive customer experience, motivating and developing employees, maintaining store operations, achieving sales targets, managing visual displays, and stepping in when the store manager is absent. The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service and team leadership skills, independent working ability, a good visual eye, varied shift work, Finnish communication, and English customer service; wages are set according to the collective agreement.
