flaconi is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its flagship store in Frankfurt to support Store Managers and manage daily store operations, including sales and service coaching, cash handling, security, compliance, customer complaints, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising. The role requires at least two years of retail team leadership experience, five to six years of retail operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification, knowledge of merchandise management systems, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluent German and English. The position offers a permanent employment contract, a Deutschland Ticket, vacation days, pension contributions, and a gross annual salary of €44,000–€47,000.
