Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in operating a Goodwill donated-goods store in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. The role oversees donated-goods processing, staff training and scheduling, sales and donation reporting, cash handling, inventory, customer and donor service, store appearance, safety, and profitability. It also includes opening and closing the store, making deposits, and handling employee and customer relations, with a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
