The role leads merchandising, store conditioning, inventory control, customer satisfaction, safety, loss prevention, and team development; supports staffing, scheduling, payroll, and financial performance; and develops the Zone Lead team. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail, experience leading teams of 20+ members and managing at least $5 million in annual revenue or budget, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce-management systems. The annual salary is $80,168.40–$89,418.60, with bonus eligibility and benefits including medical insurance for full-time employees.
