Description
The Assistant Store Manager – Merchandising supports the Store Manager in a large-format At Home retail store by leading merchandising, store conditioning, staffing, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, customer satisfaction, and team development. The role manages a Zone Lead team, drives sales and profitability, maintains visual and operational standards, and requires at least three years of relevant leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail, experience leading teams of 20+ members, and knowledge of freight, inventory, and merchandising processes.
