Description
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager by leading and developing store associates, driving sales, managing inventory and store operations, overseeing customer service and compliance, assisting with planning and reporting, and maintaining store presentation. The role requires Grade 12, three years of retail experience, management experience, sales and service management, budgeting, computer literacy, communication skills, and a business understanding of retail trade, brands, customers, and products.
