Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, including stock management, sales and profitability analysis, compliance, customer experience, and team leadership. The role is responsible for achieving store KPIs, developing staff, recruiting and managing performance, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness. It requires a Grade 12, 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant store management experience, retail and sales-service knowledge, budgeting and Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication.
