The Assistant Store Manager – Operations supports the Store Manager in leading operational, financial, and team functions at an At Home large-format retail store. The role drives sales and profitability, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, customer satisfaction, safety, loss prevention, and team development, while leading Operations Leads and Zone Leads. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail, experience managing teams of 20+ members and $5M+ in annual revenue or budget, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce-management systems. The position pays $57,784 to $64,451 annually and is bonus eligible.
