Description
The Assistant Store Manager – Operations supports the Store Manager in leading operational, financial, and team functions at a large-format At Home retail store. The role drives sales, profit, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, customer satisfaction, safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling performance; develops Operations Leads and Zone Leads; and maintains a safe, organized, high-performing store environment. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail, experience leading teams of 20+ members and managing at least $5 million in annual revenue or budget, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce-management systems.
