Event Network is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Alaska Zoo Gift Shop. The role leads a dynamic retail team, partners with the Store Manager on recruitment and development, manages daily operations, guest service, visual merchandising, sales, and performance standards, and creates memorable guest experiences. Candidates need at least three years of retail leadership experience, strong sales and merchandising skills, leadership and guest-service abilities, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position involves standing, walking, handling merchandise, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
