The Assistant Store Manager supports the gorjana Seaport retail location by driving sales and KPI performance, representing the brand, building customer relationships, recruiting and developing talent, coaching the team, delivering customer service, maintaining visual standards, and executing store operations including scheduling, inventory, and opening and closing duties. The role requires at least one year of retail leadership experience, full-time open availability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; it pays $25–$27 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities.
