FIGS is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager and lead retail operations at an upcoming new store in Tysons Corner Mall. The role manages sales associates, visual merchandising, inventory, sales goals, P&L accuracy, safety and security, and customer experience, while requiring at least five years of retail experience and two years managing high-volume retail. The position offers a base salary of $68,000 to $72,500, an annual bonus, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
