ThirdLove is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Santa Clara store to support sales, profitability, team leadership, store operations, customer experience, budgeting, and in-store events. The role requires at least two years of direct management experience, three years of customer service or retail experience, bra-fitting knowledge or willingness to learn, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $24-$26 per hour, with commission, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and an employee discount.
