Description
The Assistant Store Leader – Visual reports to the Store Leader and leads the visual team in executing seasonal floorsets, maintaining brand standards, managing product flow, and overseeing the visual budget, supplies, and back-of-house organization. The role partners with Operations and store leadership on receiving, inventory, KPI analysis, replenishment, clearance, sales, customer service, and associate performance, while also scheduling, onboarding, and training visual team members. It requires strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, delegation, and teamwork skills, along with 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience; full-time flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
