Williams-Sonoma is hiring an Assistant Manager of Visual to support store management by overseeing visual, display, merchandising, and floorset execution; maintaining store standards; providing exceptional customer service; coaching staff; and developing visual and display talent. The role requires 2–3 years of visual display, merchandising, or management experience, physical mobility on the sales floor, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Full-time associates receive health, dental, and vision insurance, while part-time Flex associates must meet specified weekend and weekday availability requirements. The anticipated pay range is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
