FIGS is hiring an Assistant Store Visual Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of its Scottsdale Fashion Square Community Hub. The role oversees visual merchandising, brand standards, product knowledge, customer experience, team training and development, recruiting, scheduling, inventory accuracy, safety and security, and collaboration with the General Manager and retail leadership. Candidates need at least five years of retail experience and two years managing visual merchandising in a high-volume retail environment. The position offers a base salary of $65,000 to $70,000 plus an annual bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
