FIGS is hiring an Assistant Store Visual Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of its Tysons Community Hub in the DC Metro area. The role oversees visual merchandising, brand standards, product knowledge, customer experience, team training and development, recruiting, scheduling, inventory accuracy, safety and security, and collaboration with the General Manager and retail leadership. Candidates need at least five years of retail experience, including two years managing visual merchandising in a high-volume retail environment, along with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills. The position offers a base salary of $68,000 to $72,500, an annual bonus, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
