Description
HDR is hiring an Assistant Structures Representative to support Caltrans Structure Construction in Districts 8 and 9, covering San Bernardino, Riverside, Inyo, and Mono Counties. The role performs field-based highway and bridge construction inspection, surveying and alignment calculations, materials sampling and testing, contract administration, documentation, change orders, estimates, submittals, and claims support. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of experience, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team under demanding field conditions.
