Description
The Assistant Substation Engineer supports a licensed professional engineer and project team through the design and construction of new and modified high-voltage electrical power substations. Responsibilities include preparing design packages, electrical studies, calculations, sketches, cost estimates, equipment specifications, and deliverables; conducting field inspections; presenting technical results; and resolving project issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, basic engineering knowledge, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work permanently in the country where the position is located.
