Description
The Assistant Superintendent - Concrete/Steel supervises the physical construction of a project in accordance with contract documents and company procedures. The role supports the Lead Superintendent by managing construction plans, subcontractor work, safety and quality programs, daily site monitoring, work plans, client updates, permits, testing, and inspections. It requires leading compressed schedules, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and ensuring quality, safety, and morale across the project team.
