Description
The Assistant Superintendent directs foremen, field engineers, and project coordinators on construction projects assigned by the General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, or Project Manager. The role coordinates drawings, specifications, purchasing, material delivery, schedules, labor-cost coding, close-out activities, and safety compliance, while serving as a liaison with owners and architects. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or Business Management and 3–4 years of related experience or training, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
