ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring an experienced Traveling Assistant Superintendent to manage administrative and field operations for commercial ground-up construction projects. The role coordinates project schedules, subcontractors, materials, approvals, reports, safety, and progress while supporting the project manager and regional manager. Candidates need 5–10 years of Assistant Superintendent experience, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet physical job demands. The position offers travel allowances, per diem, living expenses, an airplane ticket home every two weeks, performance-based bonuses, retirement and tuition benefits, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
