Blach Construction is hiring a full-time Construction Manager in San Jose, California, to support the Superintendent and Senior Superintendent with field operations, scheduling, safety, quality control, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, client relations, and cost and labor productivity oversight. The role requires 6–7 years of commercial construction experience, strong construction and MEPF knowledge, scheduling and construction-management software proficiency, and leadership of foremen and junior field staff. Compensation is $165,000–$190,000 based on the union pay rate, with medical, dental, vision, pension, and other benefits.
