Brooklyn Law School is hiring a full-time, non-exempt Assistant Superintendent to maintain the quality of life and operational excellence at its residential facilities, primarily Feil Hall. The role is hands-on, involving minor repairs, equipment and supply maintenance, resident service requests, fire and sanitation compliance, event setup and breakdown, and coordination with internal departments and contractors. The position requires residence at Feil Hall, off-hours availability, a high school diploma or GED, S12 and S13 fitness certificates, and 3–5 years of maintenance experience; preferred qualifications include residential housing experience, bilingual skills, and emergency management training. The salary range is $30.22–$34.07, with benefits including paid time off, a retirement plan, and tuition scholarships.
